How the trial works, what the plans include, and how to subscribe.

Every new farm starts on a free trial with full access, so you can prove the app on your own animals before paying. Managers see a trial banner on the dashboard showing how many days remain.

See plans and subscribe

  1. 1Open the menu and go to Administration → Account → Plans & Billing, or tap See plans on the trial banner.
  2. 2Compare the plans — each tier unlocks more features, fields and team seats. The same plans are listed on this website's Plans page.
  3. 3Follow the payment instructions on the plan screen. Payment is made off-app (for example EcoCash or bank transfer) and your plan is activated once payment is confirmed.

Note: There is no in-app checkout and no card required for the trial. If your trial ends before you subscribe, your data is kept safe — you regain full access as soon as a plan is active.
