Set your farm name, location on the map, rainfall source and season start month in Farm Settings.

Farm Settings is your farm's profile. Setting it up early makes the rest of the app smarter: your location drives the Weather section, and your season start month anchors your financial year.

  1. 1Open the menu and go to Administration → Farm Settings.
  2. 2Set your farm name — this is what your team sees across the app.
  3. 3Set your location: pick your farm on the map, use your phone's GPS, or type coordinates. Weather and rainfall data use this location.
  4. 4Choose your rainfall source — automatic from the weather service, or manual if you prefer logging your own rain gauge readings.
  5. 5Set the season start month, which the app uses when framing seasonal reports.
  6. 6Save your changes.

Note: Only managers can edit Farm Settings. Workers can view the farm profile but not change it.
