1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Hurudza application and website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and farms

When you sign up you create a farm workspace and a manager account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Each farm's data is isolated. You may invite farm workers and assign roles; you remain responsible for the access you grant.

3. Plans, billing and payment

Hurudza offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Fees are stated on our pricing page and may change with prior notice. Where required, applicable taxes are added. Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other farms' data, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the records you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support levels vary by plan.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hurudza Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is”.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
