Warehouses and stock

Create storage locations and track stock in and out, so you always know what is on hand.

Warehouses are your physical storage locations — a feed store, a chemical shed, a granary. Stock movements record what goes in and out of them, per product, so the app can tell you what is currently on hand.

Set up a warehouse

  1. 1Open the menu and go to Warehouses.
  2. 2Tap the add button, name the location and save.

Record stock movements

  1. 1Open a warehouse, or go to stock movements.
  2. 2Record stock in — a purchase arriving, or a harvest brought into storage.
  3. 3Record stock out — feed given to animals, medicine used, seed planted.
  4. 4Check any product's detail page to see its current stock level, derived from these movements.

Tip: Add the products you store (see Add a product) before recording movements — every movement is counted against a product.
