Add feed, medicines and other inputs once, then reuse them in expenses and stock.

  1. 1Open the menu and go to Master Data → Products.
  2. 2Tap the add button.
  3. 3Add the item — feed types, medicines, seed, fertiliser or equipment — with its unit of measure.
  4. 4Save. The product is now available in expenses and stock movements.

Products are what your warehouse stock is counted in. Once a product exists, every bag that comes in or goes out is recorded against it, giving you a live stock level.
